位於尖沙咀朗廷酒店之米芝蓮星級食府唐閣將於9月10日舉辦一場Dr. Loosen晚宴,中國菜餚一向跟德國葡萄酒很能配搭。而來自Mosel產司的著名酒莊Dr. Loosen也準備了一系列的葡萄酒,由不甜的Riesling Dry Grosses Gewachs到珍貴的Auslese甜酒都有。以下為當晚酒、菜單:
